In 1986 Ruth established her own business — Brown’s River Bower — to produce an exclusive range of jewellery and sculpture in precious metals.
Blending technique with inspiration, Ruth specialises in animals, particularly Australian wildlife. Nestled in the foothills of Mt Wellington, south of Hobart, Ruth and her partner have created a jewellery workshop, bronze foundry, studios, and a small gallery (open by appointment) to showcase Ruth’s work.
